Shipping Address and Notifications
During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide the address to which your products should be shipped. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase, including your specified shipping address. You can make changes to these shipping details before the order is shipped. Another email will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery Time and Order Processing
While we strive to ship products as quickly as possible and provide informative shipping estimates, we make no guarantees regarding the shipping timeframe (the period between order placement and handing the product over to the carrier). We are also not liable for delays caused by the courier company or customs authorities. We reserve the right to extend the expected delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Editing and Cancellation
Once an order is submitted and paid, it is routed to production immediately, and the fulfillment process begins. Please ensure the order details are correct before confirmation and payment.
- You can cancel the order for a full refund before it has been shipped.
Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-21 business days, depending on the payment method used.
Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations may vary by product. The available destinations are shown during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue a full refund if shipping cannot be carried out to the specified address.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on the subtotal amount of the order and the final destination. The cost will be shown before the final checkout page, and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order if you choose not to proceed.
Insurance - Damage and Delay (EXCEPT SHIPPING WITH GOVERNMENTAL POST MAIL)
Every product shipped by us is insured up to its full purchase price. It is our responsibility to pursue any claims with the carrier. Please note that this coverage is only applicable to the original shipment from our warehouse to the customer, not for subsequent shipments.
We will refund the full amount of the order (EXCEPT SHIPPING WITH GOVERNMENTAL POST MAIL) in the following cases:
- Shipment lost in transit.
- Received an unmatched or different order.
- Expired items in the order.
- Unable or any reason preventing from shipping the order.
We will refund part of the amount of the order (EXCEPT SHIPPING WITH GOVERNMENTAL POST MAIL ) in the following cases:
- The value of damaged products. Damage must be documented by a photograph taken within the first 24 hours after receiving the shipment and sent to our support team at: info@tidyprovider.com
- The value of out-of-stock products.
Taxes, Import Fees, and Customs
Shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"), which may not be included in the purchase price. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
